Sainte-Eusoye is a French commune of 321 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the Arrondissement of Clermont and is part of the Communauté de communes de l'Oise Picarde and the canton of Saint-Just-en-Chaussée .

The municipality is just south of the former Route nationale 1 . The municipality includes the La Borde Longuet homestead in the north, the hamlet of Sauveleux and in the south the Troussures homestead, a former grangie of the Cistercian monastery of Chaalis .
