Mouy is a French commune with 5,288 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Clermont and is the capital of the canton of Mouy .
geography
Mouy is mostly on the right (western) bank of the Thérain . It shares the station on the railway line from Beauvais to Creil with the neighboring municipality of Bury . The districts of Coincourt, Janville and Fourneaux as well as Nœud belong to Mouy.
