The Finnish women's volleyball team is a selection of the best Finnish female players who represent the Suomen Lentopalloliitto F. Y. association at international tournaments and internationals.

history

World Championship

In 1978 the Finnish women finished 21st in their only participation in a volleyball world championship .

Olympic games

Finland has never qualified for the Olympic Games.

European Championship

When the European volleyball championship took place in their own country in 1977 , the Finns were there for the first time and finished twelfth. The same result came in 1989 .

World cup

The World Cup has so far taken place without Finland.

World Grand Prix

Finland has not played in the World Grand Prix either.
