The 2013/14 season is the tenth season of the women's regional football league as the third highest division. 61 teams play in five groups for promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga or against relegation to the association / upper league.

North

The Regionalliga Nord in the 2013/14 season consists of the remaining eight teams from the previous season, the relegated teams from the 2nd Bundesliga North, Holstein Kiel and FFC Oldesloe 2000 , as well as the promoted Fortuna Celle and SV Henstedt-Ulzburg . The FFC Oldesloe 2000 withdrew its team before the start of the season and is the first relegated team.

Holstein Kiel is the champion and thus promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga North for the 2014/15 season and thus creates a direct promotion . In addition to the FFC Oldesloe 2000, SF Wüsting-Altmoorhausen and TSV Eintracht Immenbeck are also relegated . The newcomers from the Lower Saxony Oberliga are SV Heidekraut Andervenne and TSV Limmer . The Bramfelder SV rises from Hamburg and TuRa Meldorf from Schleswig-Holstein .

No club from Berlin reported a possible promotion to the regional league. While SV Blau Weiss Berlin and Spandauer Kickers refrained from reporting, SFC Stern 1900 received the report four days too late. With Blau-Weiß Beelitz ( Brandenburg ), 1. FFC Saalfeld ( Thuringia ) and Bischofswerdaer FV 08 ( Saxony ) only three clubs applied for the regional league. On the one hand, Bischofswerda no longer has a chance of one of the three first places and therefore does not meet the sporting requirements, and more than one north-east German team will be relegated from the 2nd Bundesliga, Beelitz and Saalfeld will determine the promoted to the regional league. The games will take place on June 9th and 15th, 2014. The winner of the relegation is Blau-Weiß Beelitz.

The Regionalliga Südwest in the 2013/14 season consisted of the remaining seven teams from the previous season, the relegated teams from the 2nd Bundesliga South, the second team from SC 07 Bad Neuenahr and SV Bardenbach and the promoted teams FC Bitburg and SV Dirmingen and TSV Schott Mainz together. From January 2014, SC 13 Bad Neuenahr took over from the insolvent SC 07 Bad Neuenahr.

The unbeaten champion was TSV Schott Mainz, which thus managed to march through the regional league. However, the TSV missed the deadline for applying for the license by March 15 and was therefore not allowed to advance. The 1st FFC Montabaur rose as a successor. The two relegated SV Bardenbach and the second team of SC 13 Bad Neuenahr, who should have been relegated anyway due to the relegation of the first team from the second Bundesliga, have been relegated. The DJK Saarwellingen would also have been relegated in terms of sport, but it holds the class, as there are no promoters from the Saarland Association League . The 1. FC Riegelsberg not make the requirements for advancement to meet and runner-up FC 08 Elm would make no use of the rise right. SG 99 Andernach (Rhineland) and FFV Fortuna Göcklingen (southwest) rose from the association leagues .
