The 2013/14 season of the B-Junioren-Bundesliga was the seventh season of the B-Junioren-Bundesliga .
As in the previous six seasons, it was played in the North / Northeast, South / Southwest and West seasons. At the end of the season, the three season winners and the runner-up in the North / Northeast season played for the German B-Youth Championship . The semi-finals were played back and forth, the final in one game. The three last-placed teams of the three seasons relegated to the subordinate leagues.
VfB Stuttgart started the season as the reigning German champions . Borussia Dortmund became German B-Junior Champion .

Eintracht Braunschweig took part as champions of the B-Youth Regionalliga North of the preseason . The second team from Hertha BSC became champions of the Regionalliga Nordost, but were not eligible for promotion, as the first team already played in the Bundesliga. Instead, runner-up FC Carl Zeiss Jena rose straight away. In the relegation for the third promotion place, VfB Lübeck (fourth in the Regionalliga Nord, as the second teams from Werder Bremen and VfL Wolfsburg were also not eligible for promotion) and 1. FC Union Berlin as third in the Northeast relay. The Berliners prevailed (3: 0, 1: 2) and thus played in the Bundesliga in the 2013/14 season.

As a direct climber from the subordinate leagues, FC Ingolstadt 04 came from the B-Youth Bayern League to the Bundesliga. The promotion aspirants of the B-Jugend-Regionalliga Südwest and the B-Jugend-Oberliga Hessen played the second promoted player in a relegation . The Hessian representative FSV Frankfurt prevailed against 1. FC Saarbrücken (3: 2, 0: 0) and rose to the Bundesliga. Since the top four of the final table of the B-Jugend-Oberliga Baden-Württemberg were all second teams from clubs that already played in the B-Jugend-Bundesliga, 1. FC Kaiserslautern was allowed to remain in the Bundesliga.
