Garrigues ( identical in Occitan ) is a French commune with 177 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Hérault department in the Occitania region (until 2015: Languedoc-Roussillon ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Montpellier and the canton of Lunel (until 2015: canton of Claret ). The inhabitants are called Garrigois .
