The Haining China Leather City Open 2014 (also Asian Tour 2014/15 - Event 2 ) was a snooker tournament of the Players Tour Championship 2014/15 , which took place from October 20 to 24, 2014 in the Haining Sports Center in Haining in the east of the People's Republic of China was carried out. It was the first PTC tournament in the city on the Yangtze River delta , which is known for its leather goods, among other things. The Haining China Leather City is the largest leather trade in China and was also the sponsor of this tournament.
In the round of 32, Ryan Day hit the 107th maximum break against Cao Yupeng in the fifth frame. It was the second 147 break that season and Ryan Day's first.
In the final, Stuart Bingham beat Oliver Lines 4-0 , winning the PTC title for the fourth time.
