Remarks

The list column shows the list membership at the time of the parliamentary election. Changes of party during the legislative period are noted in the Comment column.

The San-Marinese suffrage does not have a ranking of the candidates on the electoral list as in elections to the German Bundestag. The designation list position refers to the sorting according to the number of votes cast for the candidate.

The parliamentary mandate of the ministers (segretario di stato) is suspended during their term of office, but the next candidate on the list moves up. If the minister leaves the government during the legislative period, he resumes his parliamentary seat.

Changes

On July 1, 2009, 8 MPs left the PSD parliamentary group and founded a new parliamentary group. Two weeks later, on July 15th, they founded the Partito Socialista Riformista Sammarinese (PSRS).

Tito Masi was elected President of the Fondazione San Marino Cassa di Risparmio - SUMS in September 2009 and resigned from Parliament on October 20, 2009. Matteo Fiorini moved up for him .

Finance Minister Gabriele Gatti announced his resignation on April 19, 2010, and Rasquale Valentini was elected as his successor on April 30.

Labor Minister Gian Marco Marcucci announced his resignation on March 7, 2011. He was succeeded by Francesco Mussoni .

Alessandro Scarano resigned on April 14, 2011, replacing Anna Maria Muccioli .

Justice Minister Augusto Casali and Education Minister Romeo Morri announced their resignation on July 16, 2012; no successors were appointed. Morri also announced his resignation from parliament.
