Remarks
The list column shows the list membership at the time of the parliamentary election. Changes of party during the legislative period are noted in the Comment column.
The San-Marinese suffrage does not have a ranking of the candidates on the electoral list as in elections to the German Bundestag. The designation list position refers to the sorting according to the number of votes cast for the candidate.
The parliamentary mandate of the ministers (segretario di stato) is suspended during their term of office, but the next candidate on the list moves up. If the minister leaves the government during the legislative period, he resumes his parliamentary seat.
Changes
Alvaro Selva resigned on January 25, 2007, and Roberto Bucci succeeded him on February 14 .
In March 2007 the MPs Cesare Antonio Gasperoni , Giovanni Lonfernini , Pier Marino Mularoni and Rosa Zafferani left the PDCS and founded a new party, the Democratici di Centro .
In July 2007 the MPs Federico Bartoletti , Pier Marino Menicucci , Gian Marco Marcucci and Nicola Selva left the PDCS and founded a new party, the Europopolari per San Marino .
Renzo Bonelli resigned on July 17, 2007, Carlo Franciosi took over for him .
Carlo Franciosi resigned on November 24, 2007 and was replaced by Andrea Zafferani .
