Techin Nature Reserve

The Techin nature reserve is a 629 hectare nature reserve consisting of two sub- areas in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania south of Lassahn . It was placed under protection on May 15, 1990 with the aim of preserving a section of the Schaalsee with bank areas, moors and wet meadows. The eponymous place Techin is located between the two partial areas.

The current state of the area is considered to be good. With the exception of a bathing area at Techin, it is not possible to enter the areas.
