The nature reserve Moorrinne from Klein Salitz to Neuenkirchener See is a 932 hectare nature reserve in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania between the villages of Lassahn , Kneese and Rögnitz . It was placed under protection on October 20, 1999. The nature reserve includes the course of the Kneeser Bek stream with accompanying alder-ash forests, swamp forests and moor areas. It is located in the Schaalsee biosphere reserve .

The current state of the area is considered to be satisfactory, as the water balance is disturbed by ongoing drainage of the areas. As part of the LIFE project wet habitat management in the Schaalsee biosphere reserve, attempts are being made to make the water balance of the areas more natural.
