The Grambower Moor nature reserve is a nature reserve in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania about seven kilometers southwest of Schwerin. Surrounding places are, besides the eponymous Grambow , Wittenförden and Stralendorf . The area was designated on October 13, 1939 with a reduction in 1982 and an expansion in 1994. The current protected area area covers 567 hectares. Protection goal is a 250 years for peat extraction occupied bog to waterlogged again and so create the conditions for a successful restoration. The moor contains two moor lakes. The crane breeds in the area.

The state of the area is viewed as unsatisfactory because the water balance of the areas is disturbed. It might also be affected by industrial peat mining in the nearby, now wooded Grambower Hofmoor , which was planned from 2010 to 2045. An alternative development concept was drafted. Only some areas of the area were permanently flooded again.

Parts of the nature reserve are owned by the Foundation for the Environment and Nature Conservation Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Extensive renaturation measures began in 1994 by the Grambower Moor e. V.

A circular route from Grambow gives an insight into the area. There is also an exhibition on the history of the Grambower Moor and a moor nature trail.
