Raslay is a French village with 132 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Vienne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Poitou-Charentes ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Châtellerault and the canton of Loudun (until 2015 Les Trois-Moutiers ). The inhabitants are called Rasléens .

Raslay is about 60 kilometers north-northwest of Poitiers . Raslay's neighboring municipalities are Saix in the north, Roiffé in the east and northeast, Les Trois-Moutiers in the south and southeast and Morton in the south and west.
