Curçay-sur-Dive is a French village with 213 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Vienne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Châtellerault and the canton of Loudun . Neighboring municipalities of Curçay-sur-Dive are Ternay in the north, Les Trois-Moutiers in the northeast, Glénouze in the east, Ranton in the southeast, Pas-de-Jeu in the south, Saint-Léger-de-Montbrun in the southwest and Saint-Martin-de -Mâcon in the northwest.
The place is on the right bank of the river Dive , as well as on the parallel Canal de la Dive , on which shipping has been suspended since 1957.
