Nebula Award
The Nebula Award has been presented by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America (SFWA) since 1966 for the best science fiction and fantasy texts published in the United States in the previous two years . In 2009 the rules were changed so that only publications from the previous year can be selected.

Ray Bradbury Award
This category has officially only existed since 2000. In the 1970s, however, a few films were already awarded prizes. In 1974 Stanley R. Greenberg received the award for the screenplay of … the year 2022… who want to survive , and Woody Allen in 1975 for his film The Sleeper (both under the heading Dramatic Presentation ). In 1977 there was the Dramatic Writing category with the winners Mel Brooks and Gene Wilder for the film Frankenstein Junior . Star Wars received a Special Award in 1978 .
From 2000 and 2009 a prize was awarded in the category Best Script (Best Screenplay) and Best Dramatic Presentation . Since 2010 it has been named the Ray Bradbury Award for Outstanding Dramatic Presentation after the author Ray Bradbury .
