The Saanebezirk , French District de la Sarine ( Freiburg Patois ) is one of the seven districts of the canton of Friborg in Switzerland . The district has 91,677 inhabitants (at the end of 2008), including a significant historical German-speaking minority, which today makes up 14.5 percent of the population.
