The tour of the Zimbabwean national cricket team to Sri Lanka in the 1997/98 season took place from January 7th to 26th, 1998. The international cricket tour was part of the 1997/98 international cricket season and included two tests and three ODIs . Sri Lanka won the test series 2–0 and the ODI series 3–0.

Sri Lanka previously played a tour in India , Zimbabwe a three-nation tournament in Kenya . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in Sri Lanka in the 1996/97 season .
