history
The history of the community goes back to the time of prehistory and early history, when there is evidence of a settlement in the area of the current "Scherfeld" building area. The first documentary mention can be found in the 2nd half of the 8th century. At that time the place was named Talamazzinga (settlement of Talamazzo). In terms of ownership, it is initially closely connected to the Freising Cathedral and later to the Prüll Monastery . The rooster in the municipality's coat of arms still indicates this today. For more than five hundred years the place belonged to the old district court district Haidau.
