The Theological Faculty of Northern Italy ( Italian : Facoltà teologica dell'Italia settentrionale di Milano ) is a university sponsored by the Roman Catholic Church with its seat in Milan .

Forerunner was a theological faculty that Pope Leo XIII. Relocated to Milan on November 15, 1892 from the Archbishop's Seminary in Venegono Inferiore . In the Apostolic Constitution Deus scientiarum Dominus , the college was established by Pope Pius XI. constituted on December 7, 1938. In 1978 state recognition took place.

In addition to its headquarters in Milan, the university has other branches in Milan (2nd headquarters), Turin and Genoa . The Triveneto Theological Faculty emerged from the Padua campus in 2005 .
