Up from the ground
The Up from the Ground was a 2000 instead held annually until 2007 Metal - outdoor - Festival in Gemünden am Main .
Although there have already been several indoor events under this name, the count officially begins with the first open-air concert in 2000.

The organizer was the band Final Breath , which has already performed four times.
At the beginning of 2008 the concert organizers announced that there would be no festival in 2008 and that the future of the festival was generally uncertain. The reasons given were the poor location of the event site, which makes expansion impossible, and the financial risk for the organizer.
