The WTA Championships 2015 (also known as BNP Paribas WTA Finals - Singapore 2015 ) was the tennis tournament with the highest value in the women's tournament calendar, in terms of points and prize money, after the four Grand Slam tournaments . The hard court tournament of the WTA Tour 2015 took place from October 25th to November 1st, 2015 in the Singapore Indoor Stadium .
The defending champions were Serena Williams in singles and Cara Black and Sania Mirza in doubles.

Competition mode
In the round- robin phase , four players each played in two groups, each against each other (round robin) . The top two in each group qualified for the semi-finals, which were played according to the knockout system . The winner of each group played against the second in the other group, the two winners played the final.

There were 18 players to choose from, divided into two groups, an Asia-Pacific and a Rest of the World group. A total of over two million votes were counted, which had been cast in 137 countries.

- Three winning sets with no-ad rule (backlash determines the side for the decision point)
- Short sets of up to four games (set must be won two games apart)
- Tie-break when both players have won four games
- Tiebreak is played up to seven points, provided there is a two point gap

Invitation of the future players
In addition to the WTA Championships and the competition for emerging players, the U14 and U16 junior competition for future players from Asia and Oceania were played over three days. The winner of the U16 competition was Pranjala Yadlapalli from India with a 6-2, 6-0 win over the Korean Hye Ran Yun. In the U14, the Chinese Jiayu Chu won the final against Fitriani Sabatini from Indonesia 6: 2, 2: 6 and [10: 6].
