The BTR-3 ( Ukrainian БТР-3; бронетранспортер-3 / transcription bronetransporter-3 , dt .: armored transporter ) is a achträdriger (8 × 8) four-wheel drive amphibious Ukrainian armored . The BTR-3 is manufactured by ChKMB . It is a further development of the Soviet BTR-80 .

The BTR-3 can carry six soldiers inside, who can enter or exit the vehicle through doors on either side. The door is folded down and thus serves as an entry and exit aid. In addition, the BTR-3 has roof hatches and shooting hatches.

Armament
