The tour of the Bangladeshi national cricket team to New Zealand in the 2016/17 season took place from December 25, 2016 to January 24, 2017. The international cricket tour was part of the 2016/17 international cricket season and included two tests , three ODIs and three Twenty20s . New Zealand won the Test series 2–0 and the ODI and Twenty20 series 3–0 each.

New Zealand last played a tour against Pakistan , Bangladesh against England . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 2013/14 season in Bangladesh .
