There was a mill with a board saw in the Mnisian part. The parish was St. Kilian ( Svatý Kilián ). Until the middle of the 19th century, Bratřínow remained largely subject to the Fideikommissherrschaft Mnick.

After the abolition of patrimonial Bratřínov / Bratrinow formed from 1850 a district of the municipality Bojanovice in the judicial district of Zbraslav . On September 27, 1865, a large fire destroyed eight farm estates and seven chalets . From 1868 the village belonged to the Smichow district .
