Discussion about the election committee

The election of the federal constitutional judges by the electoral committee is not undisputed. The judges themselves declared them constitutional in the 17th electoral term on June 19, 2012. The President of the Bundestag, Norbert Lammert, wrote in an article in the FAZ on October 17, 2012: "[...] [I] m compared to the claims of the Federal Constitutional Court regarding general parliamentary responsibility in other matters, the decision is disappointing."
