Coteaux-sur-Loire is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Langeais in the north and northeast, Bréhémont in the east and southeast, Rigny-Ussé in the south, La Chapelle-sur-Loire in the southwest, Restigné in the west and Continvoir in the northwest.
