Ferrussac is a French municipality with 81 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Loire in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Auvergne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement Brioude and the canton Pays de Lafayette (until 2015 Pinols ). The inhabitants are called Ferrussacois .

Ferrussac is about 40 kilometers west-northwest of Le Puy-en-Velay . Ferrussac's neighboring municipalities are Arlet in the north, Aubazat in the northeast, Langeac in the east, Pinols in the south and southwest and Cronce in the west.
