Vézézoux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Jumeaux in the north, Saint-Jean-Saint-Gervais in the northeast, Auzon in the south and east, Vergongheon in the south and southwest, Sainte-Florine in the west and Brassac-les-Mines in the west and northwest.
