Saint-Cirgues is a French city and a municipality with 163 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Haute-Loire in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016: Auvergne ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement Brioude and the canton Pays de Lafayette (until 2015: canton Lavoûte-Chilhac ).

Saint-Cirgues is located about 35 kilometers west-northwest of Le Puy-en-Velay on the Allier . Saint-Cirgues is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Blassac and Lavoûte-Chilhac in the north, Aubazat in the east, Arlet in the south and south-east, Saint-Austremoine in the south and south-west and Ally in the west.
