Torsiac ( Occitan identical) is a French municipality with 68 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Haute-Loire in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Auvergne ). It is located in the arrondissement of Brioude and in the canton of Sainte-Florine (until 2015 Blesle ).

Torsiac is about 60 kilometers northwest of Le Puy-en-Velay . Torsiac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Apchat in the north and west, Léotoing in the east and south-east and Blesle in the south and west.
