Jumeaux is located about 43 kilometers south-southeast of Clermont-Ferrand on the banks of the Allier . Jumeaux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Auzat-la-Combelle in the north and west, Esteil in the northeast, Saint-Jean-Saint-Gervais in the east, Vézézoux in the south and Brassac-les-Mines in the west and southwest.
