Peslières is a French commune in the department of Puy-de-Dôme in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Auvergne ) with 66 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Issoire and the canton of Brassac-les-Mines ( Jumeaux until 2015 ).

Peslières is about 46 kilometers south-southeast of Clermont-Ferrand . Peslières is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sainte-Catherine in the north, Saint-Germain-l'Herm in the north-east, Fayet-Ronaye in the east and south-east, Saint-Martin-d'Ollières in the south, Valz-sous-Châteauneuf in the south-west and Champagnat- le-Jeune to the west and north-west.
