Antoingt is a French municipality with 397 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Puy-de-Dôme in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Auvergne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Issoire and the canton of Brassac-les-Mines (until 2015: canton of Saint-Germain-Lembron ). The inhabitants are called Antoinais .

Antoingt is located about 29 kilometers south-southeast of Clermont-Ferrand . Antoingt is surrounded by the neighboring communities Solignat in the north, Rande in the east, Gignat in the southeast, Mareugheol in the south and Vodable in the west and northwest.
