Hagen is a farm in Lohmar in the Rhein-Sieg district in North Rhine-Westphalia .

Hagen is located in the southeast of Lohmar. Surrounding villages and hamlets are Schlade and Pohlhausen (to Neunkirchen-Seelscheid) in the northeast, Hochhausen (to Neunkirchen-Seelscheid) in the southeast, Birk in the southeast, south and southwest, Birkhof in the west and Bich and Hove in the northwest.

Waters

The Bicher Bach, an orographically left tributary of the Jabach , has its source southeast of Hagen.
