Albach is a district of Lohmar in the Rhein-Sieg district in North Rhine-Westphalia .

geography

Albach is located in the southern part of Lohmar. Neighboring villages and hamlets are Krölenbroich in the northwest , Algert and Inger in the north, Birk in the east and Heide in the south . The Siegburg state forest is also located in the southwest.

The Auelsbach flows through Albach , a 7.4 km long orographic left tributary that flows into the Agger in Lohmar .

Until August 1, 1969, the place belonged to the previously independent municipality Inger .
