Dahlhaus is located in the northwest of the urban area of ​​Lohmar. The Dahlhauser Bach, a right tributary of the Agger, has its source in Dahlhaus .

history

In 1885 the hamlet “Unter Dahlhaus” had 33 inhabitants who lived in four houses and the village “Ober Dahlhaus” had 103 inhabitants in 17 houses.

According to an address book from 1901, the towns of Unter- and Ober-Dahlhaus had a total of 103 inhabitants, including six farmers .

Before August 1, 1969, the place belonged to the previously independent municipality Wahlscheid .
