Rodderhof is located in the northwest of the city of Lohmar. Surrounding villages and hamlets are Oberschönrath in the north, Schönrath Castle in the northeast, Muchensiefen and Gammersbacher Mühle in the southeast, Kellershohn in the south, Körferhof in the southwest and Georgshof in the northwest.

The Gammersbach, an orographically left tributary of the Sülz, flows south and south-east of Rodderhof .

history

In 1885 Rodderhof had eight houses and 41 residents.

Until 1969, Sottenbach belonged to the previously independent community of Scheiderhöhe .
