La Groutte is a French municipality with 127 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Amand-Montrond and the canton of Saint-Amand-Montrond .
geography
La Groutte is about 50 kilometers south-southeast of Bourges . The Cher limits the community to the north and east. La Groutte is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Drevant in the north and east, Ainay-le-Vieil in the south and south-east and Saint-Georges-de-Poisieux in the south and west.
