La Perche is a French municipality with 205 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Amand-Montrond and the canton of Châteaumeillant (until 2015: canton of Saulzais-le-Potier ).

La Perche is about 50 kilometers south-southeast of Bourges on the Cher , which borders the municipality in the east. La Perche is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ainay-le-Vieil in the north and west, Lételon in the north and north-east, Urçay in the east, Meaulne in the south and south-east, Épineuil-le-Fleuriel in the south and La Celette in the west and south-west.
