Charly is about three kilometers east-southeast of Bourges . Charly is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cornusse in the north and north-west, Ourouer-les-Bourdelins in the north and east, Vereaux and Sagonne in the south-east, Blet in the south and west, and Lugny-Bourbonnais in the north-west.
