Ineuil is about 34 kilometers south-southwest of Bourges . Ineuil is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montlouis in the north and west, Saint-Symphorien in the north and northeast, Chambon in the east, Morlac in the south and southeast, Ids-Saint-Roch in the south, Touchay in the southwest and Lignières in the west and southwest.
