Ineuil is a French municipality with 238 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Amand-Montrond and the canton of Châteaumeillant (until 2015: canton of Lignières ).

Ineuil is about 34 kilometers south-southwest of Bourges . Ineuil is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montlouis in the north and west, Saint-Symphorien in the north and northeast, Chambon in the east, Morlac in the south and southeast, Ids-Saint-Roch in the south, Touchay in the southwest and Lignières in the west and southwest.
