Saint-Priest-la-Marche is a French commune in the department of Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belongs to the canton of Châteaumeillant in the arrondissement of Saint-Amand-Montrond .

Saint-Priest-la-Marche is located in central France in the southwest corner of the Cher department about 71 kilometers southwest of Bourges , the seat of the prefecture of the department, about 40 kilometers southwest of Saint-Amand-Montrond , the seat of the sub-prefecture of the Saint-Amand arrondissement -Montrond and about 15 kilometers south of Châteaumeillant , the capital of the canton of Châteaumeillant . The mean height above sea level is 420 meters. The town hall stands at a height of 375 meters. Neighboring municipalities of Saint-Priest-la-Marche are Pérassay in the northwest, Saint-Saturnin in the northeast, Saint-Marien in the southeast and Vijon in the southwest. The municipality has an area of 2033 hectares.
