  • former Cistercian abbey Noirlac
  • Roman milestone that is said to mark the geographic center of France
  • Romanesque church of the former Prieuré Saint-Etienne d'Allichamps: the former convent was a priory of the Plaimpied Abbey. The preserved Romanesque monastery church is a small structure with a cross-shaped floor plan, built in the middle of the 12th century; the nave was later renewed again. The building material of the facade consists partly of reused ancient stones that come from a Roman temple or at least from a Roman necropolis . The arches of the crossing are supported by columns, which are sculptured with plant ornaments, faces or heads and representations of animals. Abandoned after the revolution, a company has been responsible for the restoration of the building for several years.
