Saint-Vitte is about 57 kilometers south-southeast of Bourges . Saint-Vitte is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Épineuil-le-Fleuriel in the north and east, Vallon-en-Sully in the east and south-east, Saint-Désiré in the south and south-west and Vesdun in the west.
