Villecelin is a French commune with a population of 94 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Amand-Montrond and the canton of Châteaumeillant (until 2015: canton of Lignières ). The inhabitants are called Villecelinois .
geography
Villecelin is about 33 kilometers south-southwest of Bourges . Villecelin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Baudel in the north, Venesmes in the east and northeast, Montlouis in the east and southeast, La Celle-Condé in the south and Chezal-Benoît in the west.
