Lételon is about 38 kilometers north of Montluçon on the Cher , which borders the municipality to the west. Lételon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Coust in the north and northeast, Braize in the east, Urçay in the south, La Perche in the west and south-west and Ainay-le-Vieil in the north-west.
