location

Saint-Martinien is about nine kilometers west of Montluçon on the Bartillat River , a tributary of the Magieurs . Saint-Martinien is surrounded by the neighboring communities Archignat in the north and west, Huriel in the north and northeast, Quinssaines in the east and southeast, Lamaids in the south, Nouhant in the southwest and Treignat in the west.
