Bizeneuille is about twelve kilometers northeast of Montluçon . Bizeneuille is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Haut-Bocage in the north and north-west, Sauvagny in the north-east, Deneuille-les-Mines in the south and east, Saint-Angel in the south-west and Verneix in the west.
