Cosne-d'Allier is a French commune with 2,039 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes in the department of Allier in Arrondissement Montlucon and in the canton Huriel .
geography
The municipality is located on the Aumance River , near the confluence of the Œil and the Bandais , about 22 kilometers northeast of Montluçon .
