Deneuille-les-Mines is a French commune with a population of 362 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Allier in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes ; it belongs to the Arrondissement of Montluçon and the Canton of Commentry (until 2015: Canton of Montluçon-Est ). The inhabitants are called Deneuillois .
geography
Deneuille-les-Mines is located in the Bocage Bourbonnais landscape , around 13 kilometers east-northeast of Montluçon on the Œil . Neighboring municipalities of Deneuille-les-Mines are Bizeneuille in the north and west, Sauvagny in the north and north-west, Villefranche-d'Allier in the east, Doyet in the south and Saint-Angel in the west and south-west.
